PE给水管，国家标准：GB/T13663-2000标准，每一支管材的壁厚，都必须符合国家标准的正公差，也就是说最小壁厚必须符合国家标准。而且外径也必须都是正公差。很多时候有些企业为了节省成本，做出负公差的外径和壁厚，来欺骗消费者。所以在选购时候，我们一定要擦亮双眼，让自己买的真正物超所值。
目前来说，PE给水管型号有Φ20-Φ630mm，直管长度一般为6m、9m、12m，也可由供需双方商定，通常，PE给水管材及管件采用进口PE100或PE80为原料生产，规格、尺寸及性能符合GB/T 13663-2000标准的要求，卫生性能符合GB/T17219标准以及国家卫生部相关的卫生安全性评价规定，PE给水管具有柔韧性好、耐腐蚀性强、质轻、抗冲击性能优良等特点。
