Chengdu Huadi Plastic Co., Ltd was established in July 2009. Our factory is located in Shaqu Industrial Park, Dayi County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. Our company is a collection of research and development, production, sales as one of the plastic pipe private joint-stock enterprises. Our company has abundant capital technology and advanced equipment, we are one of the enterprises with large scale, complete variety and high quality in the plastic pipe industry in Sichuan Province.

Company production base covers an area of 100 acres. Production workshop covers an area of 24,000 square meters, office area covers an area of 2,000 square meters, staff dormitory covers an area of 2,000 square meters. There are 24 technical staff and more than 200 employees in the factory.

Our company has introduced dozens of international advanced extrusion and injection molding production lines and complete testing and testing equipment, fully committed to the development of plastic pipe industry. With fully automatic CNC extrusion special production equipment, first-class production technical team and strong management to provide guaranteed and bulk of productions.

Introduction of Drainage Production System:

It has one winding pipe production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons, and two HDPE double-wall corrugated sewage pipe production lines with an annual output of 2,500 tons. We introduce the domestic top brand “Jinwei” extrusion machine, which is one of the leading manufacturers of plastic extrusion equipment in China.

With 3 steel belt reinforced corrugated pipe production lines, the annual output reaches 4,000 tons .we introduced the top domestic brand Jjinshi east" new generation of steel belt reinforced PE corrugated pipe complete set of equipment, the steel used for pipe was brought from Pangang group.

Introduction of Electricity Production System:

With 1 MPP electricity pipe line, 2 CPVC electricity pipe lines, they contributes an annual output of MPP productions of 1,000 tons and CPVC of 3,000 tons. Storage capacity:

The storage area reaches 40,000 square meters, and the storage products include: PE water supply pipe fittings, C-PVC electricity pipe, HDPE double-wall corrugated pipe, HDPE steel belt reinforced corrugated pipe, PVC-U double-wall pipe, PVC multihole communication pipe fittings, etc, with a full line of specification and stock sufficient inventory.

Raw materials determine product quality. The raw materials used by Huadi Plastic are from Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company, which is one of the largest integrated oil refining giants in China. Only on the basis of high quality raw materials can the plastic pipes produced by Huadi pass all kinds of tests and reach the corresponding national and international standards.
